Welcome to HostHouse. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the HostHouse website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using HostHouse, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use HostHouse. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate and current information and to update your information as necessary.

Description of Services

HostHouse provides tools that help users organize leagues, clubs, social groups, game nights, events, RSVPs, substitute management, notifications, and related activities.

HostHouse is a technology platform only and is not responsible for the operation, management, conduct, safety, or outcomes of any event, league, group, or gathering organized through the platform.

SMS Communications

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages related to your account and use of the Services.

Messages may include:

• Account verification codes

• League invitations

• RSVP confirmations

• Event reminders

• Substitute player notifications

• Account and service updates

Message frequency varies.

Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message or changing your messaging preferences from your user profile. For assistance, reply HELP or contact support@hosthouse.app.

Subscription Services

Certain features may require a paid subscription.

Subscription fees, billing cycles, and pricing will be disclosed at the time of purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

Refund Policy

Because HostHouse provides access to digital services and software, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.

Requests related to billing errors or exceptional circumstances may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation

• Impersonate another person

• Use the Services for fraudulent purposes

• Interfere with or disrupt the Services

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts

• Upload malicious code or harmful content

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Intellectual Property

HostHouse and its associated logos, software, content, and functionality are owned by HostHouse LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Services without prior written permission.

Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate with or link to third-party services. HostHouse is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party providers.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

HostHouse does not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation of the Services.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HostHouse LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.

HostHouse's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to HostHouse during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless HostHouse LLC and its owners, officers, affiliates, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other lawful reason.

You may discontinue use of the Services at any time.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles.
