HostHouse was built to make organizing recurring game nights and social leagues easier. Whether you're a league administrator, host, player, or substitute, HostHouse keeps everyone connected and informed without endless group texts.

Joining a League

If you've been invited to a league, your administrator will provide a league code.

To join:

1. Create your HostHouse account.

2. Select Join a League.

3. Enter your league code.

4. Complete your profile.

5. Start RSVPing to upcoming events.

Managing Your RSVP

When an event is scheduled, you'll receive a notification and can quickly indicate whether you'll attend.

If you're unable to attend, you may be able to request a substitute depending on your league's settings.

3. How do I join a league?

4. Ask your league administrator for a league code. Once you create an account, select Join a League and enter the code provided.

6. Some leagues require administrator approval before new members appear. If you don't see your league immediately, contact your league administrator.

7. How do I RSVP for an event?

8. Open the event from your Home screen and select your attendance status. Your host and league administrator will automatically receive updates.

9. How do I request a substitute?

10. If your league supports substitute management, open the event and select Need a Substitute. HostHouse will notify the appropriate people based on your league's settings.

11. How do I know if a substitute has been found?

12. You'll receive a notification when a substitute accepts your seat.

13. How do I know when I'm hosting?

14. HostHouse displays upcoming host assignments and can send reminders before your scheduled event.

15. How do I update my profile?

16. Open your account settings to update your name, email address, phone number, notification preferences, and other account information.

17. How do I stop receiving text messages?

18. Reply STOP to any HostHouse text message or update your notification preferences in the app.

21. How do I cancel my subscription?

22. Subscriptions purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play can be managed directly through those platforms.

23. Is my information shared or sold?
